Screening before headcount
Screening is the most important thing we do. If you ask for 10 people and we can only find 4–6 who match the job, we do not simply top up with people who cannot do it. You get the number we can vouch for.

I have worked on major projects for many years. After the financial crisis I chose to spend twelve years working with socially vulnerable people, because I wanted to make a difference and help people who are struggling.
That experience did not only help them. It developed me too. I stepped away from the field when it turned into a money machine — I work with my heart.
So I returned to what I had also been successful at: staffing and delivering work for contractors and installers across the country — among them a large Nordic installer, Mariendal, Elwerk and Skagen El-Energi. I am a person who sets out to deliver the best of myself and of my employees.

Our price is always set according to the quality and the number of people we bring. You know what you are getting, and what it costs, before anyone turns up.
We visit the sites roughly every second week and talk to both our own people and the foreman running the project. Not only for your sake, but for our employees' too. It gives us a good conversation about what can be done better to keep the project moving.
We treat our foreign workers properly and help them privately with the many rules that apply in Denmark. That trust means they refer us to skilled tradespeople in their own networks — and that is why we can deliver.
The crew's lead always speaks English, so there is always one person on site you can give a message to. And every one of our people can read and understand technical drawings — the job never needs explaining twice.

Three trades make up the bulk of the people we send out. The rest we supply as and when they are needed.
If you need a trade that isn't on the list, call us. We draw on a wide network of tradespeople across every trade — and we only say yes if we can supply people who can do the job.
